Instructions  for getting a library card online

1. Go to the website http://www.qandanj.org. Scroll down the page until you come to the sentence "To find your public library and to check on options To Get a Library Card Online".

2. Enter your street address, zip code and county. Follow the instructions to complete the application form.

3. The library will mail a library card and brochure about about the library.

4. You must come to the library with proof of residency to complete the application process before borrowing materials from the library. The process takes only a few minutes to complete.
