Free ESL Classes at the Library

                                                        The Carteret Free Public Library is applying

                                                              for a new ESL grant from the State Library.

                                                                 We'll have more information by mid-summer

                                           ESL Classes are made possible by a Literacy Grant from the

                                      New Jersey State Library with funding from the Institute of Museum

                                                       and Library Services through its Grants to States Program.
